The heart of our organization are the people who contribute either directly or indirectly to benefit our learners. Rainbow Literacy and Learning Society was originally created by a group of volunteers that saw a need in our community. Since 1988 we have been a Society that has continued to serve Vulcan County in Literacy and Learning.
