Our Vision - LITERACY FOR ALL.
Rainbow Literacy Society (RLS) has been serving Vulcan County residents with Adult and Family
Literacy programs for over 17 years!
Rainbow Literacy Society is a volunteer, non-profit society which was formed in 1993 by a group of
volunteers from Vulcan County that believed
Literacy for All was important.
Members of RLS believe that language, literacy and communication skills are critical factors in the
lives of every citizen in our community.
RLS is a well established and is recognized for its programming, volunteers
and staff across the province. RLS strives to offer the best programs and partnerships
to serve county residents with all their literacy and learning goals!
